As of now, Neku's type of slang has lowered itself down through out the years of hearing almost every single person in Konoha talk like a thirty year old british man, so he's adapted to 'their' type of talking. In year 693 Neku was promoted to chuunin, and usually dons the emerald colored vest over his clothing to represent that his status is higher than a normal genin.
He stands at a tall 5'9, his freakishly spiked back hair makes him look taller than he actually is.
