Kakasuke Uchiha is a chuunin-level shinobi of Konohagakure.
As a child, Kakasuke grew up in the shadow of his older brother, Udion Uchiha, who was an acknowledged shinobi viewed by others as a genius. Even after Kakasuke enrolled in the Academy, he was still unable to escape Udion's shadow. Despite consistently scoring at the top of every class, Kakasuke failed to receive any recognition from anybody, who others defined his success only in terms of his older brother. Nevertheless, Kakasuke looked up to Udion, wanting to be more like him.
On one fateful night, Seimu arranged for a meeting, only it took part in a cave. Seimu announced that those who wanted to become the leader of the clan had to fight to the death. Kakasuke was chosen to fight another member. They fought, with Kakasuke eventually defeating his opponent. Traumatized by killing an individual, the Uchiha couldn't believe what was happening. A random old man soon stumbled upon the cave, Seimu ordered Kakasuke to kill him as well. With no other choice he complied, killing the man in cold blood. Seimu left the cave along with Kakasuke as they began their journey. Throughout their travels, he learned many things such as the dangerous life of a rogue. A few months later, Seimu allowed Kakasuke to return to Konohagakure.
With his return, he was not met with a warm welcome and not a single person trusted him beside his brother. It took four years to gain the trust of his comrades and other villagers. Somewhere between those four years, he has been promoted to the rank of chuunin.
When he was a child, Kakasuke was very kind, loving towards his older brother and respectful to his fellow clansmen as well as his teachers. He was even very proud of being Udion's brother, and he desired to emulate him. After the tragedy with Seimu, Kakasuke's ideals and personality changed drastically due to him being traumatized, and he became indifferent, sarcastic, and somewhat arrogant. Kakasuke has displayed an overbearing sense of pride in his clan's name and a great sense of loyalty to it and kept wearing his clan's crest on his back proudly while refusing to wear any other symbols such as a forehead protector.
